In 2021, the following were renovated: Bungalow Pool Front / Sea View and Junior Suite Private Pool, in 2022 - Superior rooms, in 2023 - double rooms and family rooms sea view in the Annex building, in 2024 - Junior Suites Garden View and Family 2 Rooms Sea View

It consists of several buildings of different heights, a bungalow complex, and a separate Annex building (70 m from the main hotel area).

32 km east of Heraklion airport, 100 m from the village of Stalida, across the road from the beach.

Opposite the hotel there is a bus stop to Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos.
