The hotel was built gradually, the main building was built in 1974, the last partial renovation was carried out in 2019 (floors 7-17). In 1985, the Executive wing was opened, some of the rooms were renovated in 2022. In 2008, 14 two-story Bungalow buildings were built, the renovation was carried out in 2015. Standard Economy rooms were partially renovated in 2023.
It consists of a 20-storey main building Tower, a 7-storey Executive wing, a Garden Area complex and a bungalow complex.
