The hotel was built in 1987 and completely renovated in 2002/2003. The Icarus building was renovated in 2017/18. The total area is 2500 m 2 .
The hotel consists of a main 4-storey building and an additional 4-storey building, both buildings have an elevator.

Studio Side Sea View (located in the main building, side sea view, main bed - double or 2 single beds, extra - folding bed, equipped kitchenette, max. 2+1 persons, 18-20 m2);
Icarus Junior Suite SSV (in the Icarus building, partial sea view, one-room apartment, equipped kitchenette, main bed – 2 single beds, extra – sofa, max. 3 persons + inf., 25-28 m2);
Icarus Family Suite (in the Icarus building, bedroom with a door and a living room, main bed - 2 single beds, extra - 2 single beds or a sofa, equipped kitchenette, max. 4 persons + inf., 35-45 m2).
The hotel does not have rooms for people with reduced mobility.
