The hotel's renovation was carried out in stages. The first stage was completed in the 2022 season, and the second phase, including the Naufsica building and its pool, was completed for the 2023 season. During the renovation, all of the hotel's rooms and amenities, such as shops, spa, pools and gym, were updated. In addition, a teen club, a multicourt, several à la carte restaurants such as a trattoria restaurant were added, and the two pools were heated.
The complex consists of 4 buildings - the main building, which houses the reception, lobby area and 85 rooms, the Naufsica building for privileged guests with 68 rooms, the Lofos building with 44 rooms, and an additional building with 20 rooms plus a complex of 106 bungalows.
