The hotel was built in 1978. Partial renovation takes place annually. In 2024, premium rooms with sea view in the main building and some public areas were renovated. In 2025, Standard room, Standard room SV were renovated.
The hotel consists of a main building, an annex building and a complex of bungalows.

There are rooms for guests with reduced mobility (3 exclusive bungalows, upon request and hotel availability).
