Opened in 1995, the last partial renovation took place in 2023. All rooms on the first line were renovated in 2020, on the second line - in 2023.
The hotel consists of a main 2-storey building (reception only), six 3-storey buildings (first line) and a complex of 2-storey villas (second line).

Premium Room (Pool /Garden View, 40 m2, bedroom with King bed or Twin beds and sofa, including bathroom and balcony), max. 2+2 persons.
Premium Room Sea View (40 m2, bedroom with King bed or Twin beds and sofa, including bathroom and balcony), max. 2+2 persons.
Diplomatic Suite (Pool/Garden View, 43m2, bedroom with King bed and living area with sofa, bathroom and balcony/terrace), max. 2+2 persons.
Second-Line Section:
Premium Room GV/PV Side 2nd Line (Garden/Pool view, 28 m2, bedroom with Queen bed or Twin beds, including bathroom and balcony/terrace), max. 2+1 persons.
Junior Suite 2nd Line (Garden view, 43 m2 , bedroom with king size bed and door, living area with 2 sofas, including bathroom and balcony), max. 2+2 persons.
Family Suite 2nd Line (Garden view, 73 m2, including two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed, the second with Twin beds, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace), max. 2+2 persons.
There are also 4 rooms for disabled people.
In all room types only one extra bed is provided – a sofa or a folding bed!
