Opened in 1985, the last partial renovation took place in 2021 (rooms) and 2023 (restaurant).

The hotel consists of two 3-storey buildings and 1-storey buildings.

Total 200 rooms:

Standard Room (back, garden view, max. 1+2 / 2+1 / 3 persons, bath, balcony or terrace, 30 m2). Extra bed - folding bed. ( only one extra bed ). The difference between standard and superior and deluxe: small LCD TVs, no tea and coffee set, water only upon arrival, bathroom accessories - only shampoo and soap.

Superior Garden View Room (garden view, max. 2+2 / 3 persons, bath, balcony or terrace, 30 m2). Extra bed - folding bed. ( only one extra bed ).

Deluxe Pool View Room (pool view, max. 2+2 / 3 persons, bath, terrace, 30 m2). Extra bed - folding bed. ( only one extra bed ). Difference between deluxe and standard: large 43-inch LCD TVs, tea and coffee set replenished daily, robes and slippers, water replenished daily, extended bathroom accessories.

Deluxe Sea Side View (sea side view, max. 2+2 / 3 persons, bath, balcony, 30 m2). Extra bed - folding bed. ( only one extra bed ). Difference between deluxe and standard: large 43-inch LCD TVs, tea and coffee set replenished daily, robes and slippers, water replenished daily, extended bathroom accessories.

There are connect rooms (STD, Superior, Deluxe).
