Built in 1901. Since 2016, the rooms have been periodically updated (wallpaper, furniture, etc.). In 2016, the hotel's spa department was reconstructed, in 2017 - the restaurant and fitness room. The opening of the hotel's sauna world is planned for December 2018 (currently still under construction).
