The hotel building was built in 1978. Common areas and rooms (except Standard) were completely renovated in 2011, cosmetic repairs are carried out annually.

The hotel has 5 floors and 85 rooms (16 of which can be adjoining):

DBL Standard (16–18 m2, max. 2 persons, no balcony, some rooms are in the attic),

DBL Classic (20–25 m2, for 2–4 persons, most rooms with a balcony),

JS (45 m2, for 2–4 persons, spacious one-room suite with a living room area (no door), balcony, panoramic view),

Suite (70 m2, max. 2+2 persons, stylish two-room suite: living room and bedroom (with a window on the ceiling), whirlpool bath, balcony, panoramic mountain view).
