The last renovation of the territory and cosmetic repairs of the rooms were carried out in 2014. Partial renovation of the rooms - 2016. Beach Villa was completely renovated in 2016; Deluxe Beach Villa, Junior Beach Suite & Beach Suite were completely renovated in 2019.

8 Two-Bedroom Deluxe Beach Villa (300 m², max. 4 +1 pers.) Beach villas with two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed; the other with separate twins), a living area, a bathroom, 2 showers (indoor and outdoor), a terrace with sun loungers and a coffee table, a garden with a small pool.
2 Junior Beach Suite (368 m², max. 3 or 2+2 children up to 14 years old). Beach villas. Separate bedroom and living area, daybed with covered pavilion, swimming pool, terrace with sun loungers and coffee table. CD player with iPod dock.
2 Beach Suite (668 m², max 6 or 4+2 children up to 14 years old). Beach villa with two bedrooms, living area, two bathrooms, daybed with covered pavilion, two swimming pools. Personal butler service.
6 Grand Water Villa (150 m², max 3 or 2+2 children up to 14 years old). Water villas located in The SPA Retreat area. 2 separate rooms: bedroom and living room. Bathroom with dressing room, bathtub. Terrace with jacuzzi and direct access to the water.
6 Grand Water Villa with Pool (150 m², max. 3 or 2+2 children up to 14 years old). Identical in content to the Grand Water Villa rooms, but have a private pool instead of a jacuzzi.
5 Two-Bedroom Grand Water Villa (150 m², max. 4 or 2+2 children up to 14 years old). Water villas located in The SPA Retreat area. Identical to the Grand Water Villa rooms, but instead of a living room, they have a second bedroom with twin beds.
4 Two-Bedroom Grand Water Villa with Pool (150 m², max. 4 or 2+2 children up to 14 years old). Identical in content to the Two-Bedroom Grand Water Villa rooms, but have a private pool instead of a jacuzzi.

2 Sunset Water Villa (452 m², max. 6 or 4+2 children up to 14 years old). Water villas with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large round bed rotating 270 degrees , a marble bathroom, a dressing area and a round bathtub. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a dressing area, and a bathtub and shower in the bathroom. A terrace with direct access to the water, a jacuzzi and an “infinity” pool. Kitchen area, living room with a glass panel in the floor. Each bedroom has a TV. BOSE sound system, computers with touch screens. Personal butler services.
1 The Muraka (max. 6+3 children up to 14 years old). The world's first underwater residence with a panoramic view. It is a two-level structure consisting of an above-water and underwater part. Underwater part (lowered to a depth of 5 m): bedroom (101.5 m2 ) with a king-size bed, living area, bathroom, stairs leading to the living room located in the above-water part. Above-water part (550 m2 ): bedroom with a king-size bed with a bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom, gym, living room, kitchen, bar, dining area, butler and security rooms, terrace with a pool and an outdoor shower, a separate terrace with a sunset view.
