The resort is located on the territory of an ecological reserve of 1000 hectares with pine forest and sandy beaches. The resort consists of 5 hotels: Sani Beach 5* – Legendary and energetic; Sani Club 5* – Secluded and refined; Porto Sani 5*dlx – Calm and elegant; Sani Dunes 5*dlx – Private and stylish; Sani Asterias 5*dlx – Exclusive and aristocratic.
The hotel was built in 1997 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020-22.
It consists of a main administrative building with an elevator and two-storey villas.
