Opened in 1992, the last renovation took place in 2022-2023 (several villas, a new gourmet restaurant “Rizes”, renovation of the restaurant on the beach) .

1 Imperial Villa PHAEDRA (located by the sea, on the 2nd floor with a panoramic view, with a separate entrance to the second floor, private pool (100 m2), adjacent territory (200 m2 ), 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of them with a jacuzzi and shower), living room with a dining area, study with a fireplace, home cinema, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, ice machine, exercise bike, sauna, jacuzzi, private sector on the beach with a tent and individual service, max. 6 + 2 people, 227 m2).
