The hotel was built in 1985 and reconstructed in 2013 (updated annually). In 2014, furniture was changed in some of the rooms, and flat-screen TVs were installed.

Two buildings: 6-storey and 5-storey.

Total 532 rooms (non-smoking):

standard (max 3+1 pers.) has two single beds, bathroom, terrace. Some rooms also have a sofa bed or bunk bed.

There are rooms for people with reduced mobility.
