The hotel consists of two buildings, the Resort directly by the sea and the village (only 180 meters from the beach), which are located on both sides of the main road and are connected to each other and to the rest of the buildings by a private internal shopping gallery, which avoids crossing the street.
Built in 1972. The hotel area is 40,000 m2. Total 380 rooms.
Basic Room (located in Village, max. 3+1 persons);
Resort Room (in the Resort building, with a view of the old town of Scalea and the modern city, in a modern style, max. 4 persons);
Resort Sea View (in the Resort building, with sea view, in a modern style, max. 4 persons).

Accommodation with pets: on request, for a fee (up to 20 kg). Accepted only with a health certificate, after a veterinary examination before arrival. Food for pets is not provided. They can walk in many areas of the hotel, but only with a leash and muzzle; a scoop and a bag for collecting garbage. Not allowed on the beach, in the pool or in restaurants.
