14 Ocean View Villa (186 m², max 2+1 pers. – king or 2+2 pers. – queen). Villas on stilts in the central part of the resort, have a partial view of the ocean. Identical in content to the Garden View Villa category.
29 Hilltop Ocean View Villa (186 m², max 2+1 persons – king or 2+2 persons – queen). Located at the very top of the resort, on top of a hill. Panoramic view of the bay. Identical in content to the Garden View Villa category.
7 Serenity Villa (186 m², max 2+1 persons). Situated on the top of a hill with direct ocean views. Bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, outdoor shower, terrace with private pool, sun loungers, relaxation pavilion. Ideal for a secluded and romantic getaway.
1 Ocean View Suite (524 m², max 4+2 persons). A two-level villa located on an elevated position in the central part of the resort with views of the ocean and garden. Lower level: two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, the other with twin queen beds), two bathrooms (each with a bathtub, shower and outdoor rain shower), a spacious terrace with a private pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Upper level: living room, dining area, small kitchen.
2 Hilltop Ocean View Suite (542 m², max 4+2 persons). Located at the very top of the resort, on top of a hill. Panoramic views of the ocean and garden. Identical in content to the Ocean View Suite category.
1 Presidential Suite (734 m², max 4+2 persons). A beachfront villa with ocean views, located in the lower part of the resort. Consists of 3 separate pavilions: two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, the other with twin queen beds) with two bathrooms (each with a bathtub, shower and outdoor rain shower) and a spacious living room with a dining area, a small kitchen and a study. Terrace with a private pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
1 Beach Suite (859 m², max 6+4 persons). A beachfront duplex villa with ocean views, the only resort room with direct beach access. Lower level: three bedrooms (two with king-size beds, one with twin queen beds), three bathrooms (each with a bathtub, shower and outdoor rain shower), a spacious terrace with a private pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, a study with a sitting area. Upper level: living room, dining area, small kitchen, terrace with an outdoor dining area.
4 Three-Bedroom Residence (971 m², max 6+1 or 4+3 persons). Located at the top of the resort, with ocean and garden views. Lower level: three bedrooms (two with king-size beds, one with twin queen beds), three bathrooms (two with bathtub, shower and outdoor rain shower, one with shower, guest toilet), study, spacious terrace with private pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining area. Upper level: living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, staff room.
2 Four - Bedroom Residence (1,387 m², max 8 pax). Duplex villas located at the top of the resort, with ocean and garden views. Lower level: two bedrooms (king-size beds), two bathrooms (each with bathtub, shower and outdoor rain shower), spacious terrace with private pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining area, kitchen, pavilion with sitting area. Upper level: two bedrooms (king-size beds), two bathrooms (each with bathtub, shower and outdoor rain shower), separate living room, dining area, terrace with outdoor dining area. On a separate level there is a room for service personnel.
1 Five - Bedroom Residence (1400 m², max 10 persons). A two-level villa located at the top of the resort, with ocean views. Identical in content to the Four-Bedroom Residence category, but has 5 bedrooms with king-size beds (3 bedrooms are located on the lower level, 2 on the upper) and 5 bathrooms (4 with a bath, shower and outdoor rain shower, one with a shower only).
1 Six - Bedroom Residence (1586 m², max 12 persons). A two-level villa located on an elevated position at the top of the resort, with ocean views. Identical in content to the Five-Bedroom category. Residence, but has 5 bedrooms with king-size beds and 1 with twin beds (3 bedrooms are located on the lower level, 3 - on the upper level), 6 bathrooms. Additionally: separate dining room, outdoor barbecue area, games room, second living room.
